Account Management
LanguageWorks account managers are the best in the business. Responsible for directing challenging translation and localization projects from start to completion, they manage teams of linguistic and technological resources and ensure that we provide our clients with the highest quality work, on time, every time. Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer care
- Evaluate project requirements and determine pricing
- Manage external and in-house resources
- Identify and consult on linguistic and cultural issues
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Superior computer skills (MS Office a must, database and Internet applications a plus)
- Client-oriented
- Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure
- Detail-oriented, yet able to see the big picture
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- International experience a plus (work or study abroad)
- Strong foreign language and communication skills (fluency in at least one foreign language required)
