LanguageWorks is committed to consistently maintaining the highest levels of quality in our industry, and it shows. Our internal Quality Control System governs every aspect of our operations and ensures the accuracy and integrity of every deliverable.

Quality Assurance Principles
- From external translators and editors, to internal production team members, client services staff and project managers, every LanguageWorks team member is carefully assessed, tested and trained before being deployed for a client project.
- We believe that industry-specific translation and localization expertise is highly relevant to optimal outcomes. All projects are overseen by designated in-house project managers chosen for their relevant experience.
- LanguageWorks employs only native speakers of their respective target language. Every translator is carefully tested with a pass rate under 6% for most subject area specializations and under 4% for medical and technical subject areas.
- Every certified translation undergoes a rigorous three-step process involving a translator, editor and fact-check (three translators per project, per language). If page layout services are provided, a post-production proofing stage must be added.
- Client Review Evaluations must be completed under the supervision of LanguageWorks’ Quality Assurance team to ensure appropriate resolution of language issues.
Quality Assurance Systems: To support process control, our workflow applications have been designed to track Quality Assurance data and steps. Our systems include:
- Management reporting tools to monitor project status and stage completed.
- Independent review and resolution of problems using QA resources.
- Client Review Evaluation Forms to detail QA findings for client and other project participants.
